* avocado, cucumber, roasted red pepper and greens on fresh bread with basil mayo. yum.

That looks painfully delicious right now. I am sitting at my desk, hungry, trying to tell myself I will go to the gym in 10 minutes.

That sandwich makes me want to go to Whole Foods instead.
